2025 Summer Camp Guidelines/Policies

Before registering for summer camp, please read over all the information below:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to confirm your child’s spot in camp.

  • Your final payment is due one week prior to your camp date.

  • If your child has never raced here before, they will start in the youth kart.

  • If your child has not been approved to be in the adult kart, they will race in the youth kart.

  • We love having your child bring their friends! If they are wanting to be in the same group, please let us know in the ‘additional comments’ section.

+Registration


  • Registration can only be done online. The "register now" button is at the bottom of this page.
    • Registration will NOT be done in person or over the phone.

  • Once you have filled out the registration form, you will receive a phone call to confirm your details and provide the $100 deposit.

  • Your registration form is a request form for a specific date. The spots on the form are NOT updated automatically. Once we have a chance to go through all the registrations, those spots will be updated on the registration form.

+Deposit/Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to confirm your child's spot in camp. The $100 goes towards your camp total.
    • If this deposit is not received by April 30th, your child's spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waitlist.

  • The remaining balance of camp is due one week prior to your camp beginning.
    • Camp date: June 2-6 - Final payment is due May 26.
    • Camp date: June 9-13 - Final payment is due June 2.
    • Camp date: June 23-27 - Final payment is due June 16.
    • Camp date: June 30-July 4 - Final payment is due June 23.
    • Camp date: July 14-18 - Final payment is due July 7.
    • Camp date: July 21-25 - Final payment is due July 14.
    • Camp date: August 4-8 - Final payment is due July 28.
    • Camp date: August 11-15 - Final payment is due August 4.

  • All payments made are non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation, your deposit/payment will be added to your child's account to use at the facility. Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to camp.

+Drop-off/Pick-up


  • Drop-off begins at 8:30am. (Camp starts at 9am)
    • There will be a sign-in sheet and it MUST be initialed when dropping off your child.
    • Campers cannot be dropped off outside alone. Campers must be walked inside.
    • On Monday, we will have a Social Media Disclaimer form ready for all parents and guardians to sign.

  • Pick-up is 3pm-3:30pm. (Camp ends at 3pm)
    • Parent/Guardian must come inside to pick up camper.
    • Photo ID will be checked daily at pick-up.

  • A parent letter will be sent out two weeks before your week of camp starts with all details of what to bring, times, schedule, etc.

+Waitlist

  • We have limited spots in each week of camp. If the week of camp you are interested in is full, you may email Caira at caira@victorylanekarting.com to be added to the waitlist.

  • A deposit will not be taken to be on the waitlist.

  • The parents will be contacted in order they were added to the waitlist.

+Technology

Campers may bring their phone, switch, ipad, etc. to camp. Please know the following:
  • As with any valuable brought to camp, there is a risk assumed by the camper and their family of theft or damage to the device. In bringing a mobile device to camp, the camper and family assumes all liability.

  • The mobile device may only be used by the camper during non-classroom hours/breaks such as lunch time and at drop-off/pick-up. If a camper needs to use their mobile device to contact a parent or for another emergency during classroom time, they must notify their camp counselor.

  • If a camper is using a mobile device during classroom hours, the instructor or camp counselor has the authorization to hold the device until approved break times. Additionally, Instructors or staff have the discretion and authority to ask their campers to place devices in a centralized area in the classroom during instructional time.

+Behavior Guidelines

Here at Victory Lane Karting, we pride ourselves in safety as well as the respect for others.
  • Treat others how you would like to be treated.
    • Treat your fellow campers and staff with kindness, respect, and cooperation in your words and actions at all times.
    • We do not tolerate bullying. If anyone is being bullied, please let your Camp Counselor know immediately.
      • Examples of unacceptable social cruelty/bullying:
        • Teasing
        • Exclusion
        • Rumoring
        • Ganging up

    • If a child is being disruptive, not listening to the rules, not being safe in a race after being briefed, being mean/bullying another person; the repercussion is sitting out the next race.
  • If something keeps occuring, the parent will be called.
  • Keep your hands to yourself. - Do not touch anyone or anyone else's belongings.
  • Be accountable for your promises and actions.
  • Be truthful in what you say and do.
