We require at least 7 business days’ notice, depending on availability, to book an event. (You may check our event calendar for some availability.)
For youth parties, we require a minimum of 5 kids and all participants must be at least 48 inches tall to drive the youth kart.
For adult parties, corporate events or any adult karting events, we require a minimum of 8 people during the week and 10 people on the weekends. All participants must be at least 58 inches tall to drive the adult kart.
For the safety of our guests, we do not combine youth karts and adult karts. These parties have to be booked separately.

Racing Formats:
QUALIFIER
An 8-minute practice/qualifying session determines the race position for the final heat. All karts are lined up in grid formation as drivers compete in a final 10-minute race to the checkered flag. (2 races per person)
MINI PRIX
A 6-minute practice session followed by an 8-minute qualifying session determines the race position for the final heat. All karts are lined up in grid formation as drivers compete in a final 10-minute race to the checkered flag. (3 races per person)
SUPER PRIX
The super-charged version of our popular Mini Prix Challenge. A 10-minute practice session followed by a 10-minute qualifying session determines the starting race position for the final heat. All karts are lined up in a grid formation as drivers compete in a final 10-minute race to the checkered flag. (3 races per person)
INDIVIDUAL TO TEAM
An 8-minute qualifying session determines the driver order. Each driver competes in a 10-minute individual race. That outcome determines the two-man teams. All karts are lined up in a grid formation as drivers compete in a 20-minute team final. Drivers change after 10 minutes. The team completing the most laps determines the winner. Maximum of 20 people.
LE MANS TEAM CHALLENGE
A 6-minute qualifying session determines the driver teams. Each team drives one kart throughout the race. All karts are lined up in grid formation as drivers compete in a 40-minute team final. Pit stops include a driver change with each team member driving two 10-minute stretches for their team. The team completing the most laps determines the winner. (Recommended for 16 or more people)
ULTIMATE VLK EXPERIENCE
o Exclusive Facility Rental including both tracks, all 4 axe throwing lanes, unlimited virtual reality, escape room, arcade, and conference spaces.
o Exclusive two tracks or Super Track Rental.

Standard Youth Birthday Party Package – $45/racer (minimum of 5 racers and must meet height requirement of 48 inches tall)
Two 8-minute races per participant. Youth Karts Only. (additional races $15/race, a $7 savings over regular pricing)
Your event coordinator will assign a space in the restaurant area that will be available to your group for 2 hours.

Parties can only be booked during the following times:
(7 days advance notice needed for all birthday parties, subject to availability)
***Parties have been booking out 6-8 weeks in advance and there may be little to no availability.
Mon-Fri: 10am-6pm (Racing must be finished by 5pm)
Sat-Sun: 10am-3pm (Racing must be finished by 2pm)
(No Outside Food/Drink allowed inside the facility)
50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a party.
All parties may take 1-3 hours, depending on the package put together.
A final count or change in the number of attendees must be made by email to caira@victorylanekarting.com, 2 days before the scheduled event. If fewer than the contracted number of attendees participate, without notice, you will be charged for the contracted amount.
